The invention belongs to the technical field of organic electroluminescence, and particularly relates to an organic electroluminescence device. A hole transport region of the organic light-emitting device comprises at least two hole transport layers, one hole transport layer contains one of the compounds shown in the formula (I), the other hole transport layer contains one of the compounds shown in the formula (II), and the hole transport region adopting the layer structure has the advantages that the hole transport efficiency is high, and the hole transport efficiency is high. According to the invention, the device can have proper hole transport capability and exciton blocking capability, and the organic functional layers can be well matched, so that the performances such as driving voltage, luminous efficiency and service life can be well improved.
