The invention discloses a profile compensation control method for a composite stiffened wallboard. According to the method, the overall transverse curing deformation of the wallboard is controlled by adjusting the profile compensation amount of the stringers, and the main parameters of profile compensation determined through tests and measurement include the length of the transverse section of the wallboard, the number of the stringers on the section, the included angle of the initial deformation tangent of the section, the width of any stringer edge strip on the section, the thickness of the skin of the wallboard and the thickness of the stringer edge strip. The deformation modification angle of the stringer compensation wallboard is obtained through a derivation calculation method, so that the deformation problem of the stiffened wallboard is improved.
本发明公开了一种复合材料加筋壁板的型面补偿控制方法。本发明通过调整长桁型面补偿量的策略进而控制壁板整体横向固化变形,通过试验及测量确定型面补偿的主要参数有:壁板横向截面长度、截面上长桁数量、截面初始变形切线夹角、截面上任意长桁缘条宽度、壁板蒙皮厚度、长桁缘条厚度,通过推导计算的方法得到长桁补偿壁板变形修型角度,使加筋壁板的变形问题得到改善。
