According to the automatic detection and adjustment method and device for rope breaking and rope loosening of the stacking machine, the working state of a cargo carrying table is accurately judged by arranging multiple sensors on the cargo carrying table, dual protection is achieved through lifting detection of steel wire wheels on the two sides, and therefore it is guaranteed that the stacking machine normally takes and places cargoes; meanwhile, a travel switch is used as a mechanical alarm device and a passive signal point, the signal point is input into a power-on program of the controller, and when a cargo carrying table is unbalanced in the operation process of the stacker, the travel switch is triggered to be switched off, and the stacker does not detect the signal point and is immediately powered off, namely, a steel wire rope is triggered to be loosened or broken; meanwhile, safety tongs and electric protection are arranged in a matched mode, so that the operation safety and reliability of the stacking machine are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种堆垛机断绳松绳自动检测调节方法及装置,通过在载货台上设置多种传感器实现对载货台工作状态的精准判断,采用两侧钢丝轮的吊起检测实现双重保护,以保证堆垛机正常取放货,同时使用行程开关作为机械告警装置,作为无源信号点,将此信号点输入到控制器的上电程序中,当堆垛机运行过程中载货台失衡,触发行程开关断开,堆垛机未检测到信号点立即断电,即钢丝绳松开或者断掉都会触发,导致信号点丢失从而触发电气保护报警,及时断电合上抱闸,让载货台悬停,同时配上安全钳和电气防护,使得堆垛机运行安全可靠性大大增加。
