The invention relates to the technical field of casting tests, and discloses an underwater casting test device for a Beidou beacon, the underwater casting test device comprises a device body, a reinforced anti-collision frame mechanism, an adjustment center counterweight mechanism and a power supply cable, the device body, the reinforced anti-collision frame mechanism and the adjustment center counterweight mechanism are fixedly installed together through bolt fasteners, and the power supply cable is connected with the reinforced anti-collision frame mechanism. The device body comprises an adapter flange plate, a front end cover, a cylinder body and a rear end cover, the adapter flange plate, the front end cover, the cylinder body and the rear end cover are fixedly connected in sequence from front to back, and the cylinder body is in sealing connection with the front end cover and the rear end cover through O-shaped sealing rings. The problems that an existing testing device is time-consuming in testing, labor-consuming, poor in sealing performance and difficult to maintain are effectively solved.
