The method comprises the following steps: acquiring signal parameters of radar signals, and calculating a first cascade array response vector of an intelligent reflecting surface and a second cascade array response vector of an absorbing material surface; and calculating a reflection parameter according to the second cascade array response vector and the material characteristic of the absorbing material surface. And judging the magnitude relationship between the reflection parameter and a first number of reflection units in the intelligent reflection surface, and if the reflection parameter is greater than or equal to the first number, performing consistent setting on the intelligent reflection coefficients of the reflection units according to the first cascade array vector. Otherwise, the reflection unit is divided into two parts, and reflection coefficients are set respectively. Therefore, the signal parameters of the radar signals obtained in real time are combined with the characteristics of the absorbing material surface to perform targeted calculation and set the optimal reflection coefficient of the intelligent reflection surface, so that the signal reflection of the aircraft can be effectively inhibited or even eliminated, and the stealth effect of the aircraft is improved.
