The cold energy utilization system is used for the refrigerator car, a refrigerator compartment and an engine are arranged on the refrigerator car, and the cold energy utilization system comprises an LNG storage tank, a refrigerant storage tank, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and a natural gas buffer tank; the LNG storage tank is connected with a refrigerant inlet of the first heat exchanger, a refrigerant outlet of the first heat exchanger is connected with a refrigerant inlet of the second heat exchanger, and a refrigerant outlet of the second heat exchanger is connected with the natural gas buffer tank; the refrigerant storage tank is connected with a heating medium inlet and a heating medium outlet of the first heat exchanger, and a refrigerant in the refrigerant storage tank is used for absorbing the cooling capacity of LNG circulating in the first heat exchanger and releasing the absorbed cooling capacity into the refrigerator carriage; a cooling water system of the engine is connected with a heating medium inlet and a heating medium outlet of the second heat exchanger. According to the cold energy utilization system, gradient utilization of LNG cold energy is achieved, oil consumption or steam consumption is not needed to drive mechanical refrigeration for compartment cooling, and cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种冷能利用系统及冷藏车,属于冷藏车技术领域。其用于冷藏车上,冷藏车上设有冷藏车厢和发动机,冷能利用系统包括LNG储罐、冷媒储槽、第一换热器、第二换热器及天然气缓冲罐;LNG储罐与第一换热器的冷媒入口与连接,第一换热器的冷媒出口与第二换热器的冷媒入口连接,第二换热器的冷媒出口与天然气缓冲罐连接;冷媒储槽分别与第一换热器的热媒入口和热媒出口连接,冷媒储槽内的冷媒用于吸收第一换热器内流通的LNG的冷量并将吸收的冷量释放进冷藏车厢中;发动机的冷却水系统分别与第二换热器的热媒入口和热媒出口连接。该冷能利用系统实现了LNG冷能的梯级利用,不用耗油或者耗汽驱动机械制冷进行车厢冷却,降低了成本。
