Therefore, the problems that the heating mode of the power battery is simple, the charging and discharging performance of the power battery under the low-temperature condition cannot be brought into full play, the power performance of the fuel cell vehicle under the low-temperature condition is poor, and the user experience feeling is poor are solved.
