The invention discloses a braking force distribution system of a pure electric vehicle based on model predictive control, which comprises the steps of confirming model construction, constructing a multi-component unit, matching an algorithm logic with a control unit and distributing braking torque, and when the vehicle starts emergency braking, the braking torque of the vehicle is gradually increased, the rotating speed of wheels is reduced, and the slip rate of the wheels is gradually increased. Before the optimal slip rate is achieved, the slip rate of wheels is small, the braking condition of an automobile is stable, when the slip rate of the wheels continues to be increased, the sliding trend of the wheels is more and more obvious, the wheels of the automobile are prone to being locked, and in order to achieve a good braking effect and prevent the wheels from being locked, the slip rate needs to be controlled within an ideal range. A model predictive control algorithm is adopted, accurate control over the roller skating movement rate of the pure electric vehicle is achieved, the braking force is improved, the vehicle locking phenomenon is effectively prevented, the vehicle steering speed and power data are obtained in real time, accurate input data are provided for a controller, and the control precision of the system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于模型预测控制的纯电动汽车的制动力分配系统,包括确认模型构造、构建多组件单元、算法逻辑配合控制单元、制动力矩分配,当汽车开始紧急制动时,汽车制动力矩逐渐增加,车轮转速降低,车轮滑移率会逐渐增大,在达到最佳滑移率之前,车轮滑移率较小,汽车制动情况较为稳定,当车轮滑移率继续增加时,车轮滑动的趋势越来越明显,汽车车轮易发生抱死现象,为了良好的制动效果并防止车轮抱死的发生,需把滑移率控制在理想范围内,本发明采用模型预测控制算法,实现对纯电动汽车轮滑移动率的精确控制,提高制动力并有效地阻止了车辆抱死现象,实时获取车辆转向速度和动力数据,为控制器提供准确的输入数据,提高系统的控制精度。
