The invention discloses an underwater tie-back method for a single-point buoy by adopting counterweight ballast, which comprises the following steps of: prefabricating a counterweight block assembly, and preparing for mounting operation; putting the balancing weight assembly into water by a main crane of the construction operation ship; lowering the winch rigging by the construction operation ship, and connecting the winch rigging with the balancing weight assembly; the construction operation ship crane lowers the buoy into water, the buoy and the balancing weight combination body are connected with the transfer rigging, and the weight of the balancing weight combination body is completely transferred to the buoy; the construction operation ship crane integrally lowers the combination of the buoy and the balancing weight to the target position of the seabed, a crane hook head rigging is removed, and installation of the buoy is completed; cable connector assembly of the anchor chain and the buoy is completed underwater, the rigging between the buoy and the balancing weight assembly is disconnected, and the buoy carries the anchor leg to float upwards; and the construction operation ship crane lowers the rigging and recycles the balancing weight assembly. The structure does not need to be installed on the seabed in advance, the construction workload is reduced, and auxiliary installation equipment is convenient to recycle.
本发明公开了一种单点浮筒采用配重压载的水下回接方法,包括以下步骤:预制配重块组合体,准备安装作业;施工作业船舶主吊机将配重块组合体下放入水;施工作业船舶下放绞车索具,将绞车索具与配重块组合体连接;施工作业船舶吊机将浮筒下放入水,将浮筒与配重块组合体连接转接索具,将配重块组合体重量全部转移至浮筒;施工作业船舶吊机将浮筒与配重块组合体整体下放至海床目标位置,解除吊机钩头索具,完成浮筒安装;水下完成锚链与浮筒的索接头组对,断开浮筒与配重块组合体间索具,浮筒携带锚腿上浮;施工作业船舶吊机下放索具,回收配重块组合体。本发明不需要事先安装结构物于海床上,减少施工工作量,辅助安装设备回收便捷。
