The invention provides a novel ship diesel and electric propulsion mode dynamic switching control system and method, and the system comprises a rack, and a field control module, an input module, an output module and a communication module which are all disposed on the rack and are connected with each other through a bus on the rack. The rack is further provided with a leading-out interface used for being externally connected with a junction box terminal, the junction box is further connected with ship corollary equipment, and the ship corollary equipment comprises a propeller remote control device, a motor frequency converter, a diesel engine electric control system and a gearbox electric control box. And the field control module is used for controlling the dynamic switching of the diesel engine-to-motor propulsion mode and the dynamic switching of the motor-to-diesel engine propulsion mode. On the premise that HJ standardized hardware is adopted, a ship-borne propeller remote control device, a motor frequency converter and a diesel engine electric control system are matched, a control system which can dynamically control switching of a diesel propulsion mode and an electric propulsion mode of a ship and is borne on a universal monitoring unit rack is adopted, the standardization degree is high, and operation is safe and stable.

    本发明提出了一种新型的船舶柴、电推进模式动态切换控制系统及方法,该系统包括机架以及均安装于机架上并通过机架上的总线相互连接的现场控制模块、输入模块、输出模块和通讯模块,机架还设置用于对外连接接线箱端子的引出接口,接线箱再连接船舶配套设备,船舶配套设备包括推进器遥控装置、电动机变频器、柴油机电控系统和齿轮箱电控箱,通过现场控制模块控制柴油机转电动机推进模式动态切换以及控制电动机转柴油机推进模式动态切换。本发明是以采用HJ标准化硬件为前提的,配合船载的推进器遥控装置、电动机变频器、柴油机电控系统,可以动态控制船舶柴、电推进模式切换的,承载于通用监控单元机架上的控制系统,标准化程度高,运行安全稳定。
