The invention discloses a light-weight roadway-penetrating type deck crane, and relates to the field of bridge construction. The light-weight roadway-penetrating type bridge deck crane comprises two rails which are arranged in a flat mode, a crane support arranged on the rails, a winch arranged on the top of one end of the crane support, a crane carriage and a lifting appliance, wherein the crane carriage and the lifting appliance are arranged on the top of the other end of the crane support and below the other end of the crane support, and a plurality of hoisting pulleys are connected to the top of the crane carriage. The top of the lifting appliance is connected with lifting pulleys in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting pulleys, the winch is connected with lifting steel cables in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting pulleys, the lifting steel cables sequentially penetrate through the lifting pulleys and the corresponding lifting pulleys and then are connected back to the corresponding lifting pulleys, and the two ends of the bottom of the lifting appliance are connected with lifting lugs used for being connected with beam pieces respectively. The spreader is configured to be rotatable along a vertical axis, rotatable along a first vertical plane, and rotatable along a second vertical plane perpendicular to the first vertical plane. The light-weight roadway-penetrating type bridge deck crane can rapidly and accurately hoist and adjust the height and the posture of the beam piece so as to meet the installation requirement, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
