The invention discloses a monitoring method of a rail transit air conditioner control system based on a watchdog system, which comprises the following steps: when soft restart of the air conditioner control system to be monitored fails, a first contactor KT1 cuts off a power supply of the air conditioner control system; at a fourth monitoring time interval T4 after restarting, the second contactor KT2 closes the power supply of the air conditioner control system; if the pulse signal is still not received after restarting, the to-be-monitored air conditioning system component is maintained; otherwise, returning to normal. The watchdog system is combined with the first contactor KT1 and the second contactor KT2, software and hardware dual control is adopted, and soft restart or hardware restart can be achieved according to the signal state of the air conditioner system component to be monitored when software of the air conditioner controller crashes or breaks down. Meanwhile, restarting and resetting can be carried out when other equipment breaks down or communication is lost, and software and hardware double-insurance monitoring is achieved. And the fault self-processing capability of the air conditioner control system is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于看门狗系统的轨道交通空调控制系统的监控方法,包括:当待监控的空调控制系统软重启失败后,第一接触器KT1断开空调控制系统电源;在重启后的第四监控时间间隔T4时,第二接触器KT2闭合空调控制系统电源;若重启后仍没有接收到脉冲信号,对待监控的空调系统部件进行维修;否则恢复正常。本发明通过将看门狗系统与第一接触器KT1、第二接触器KT2相结合,采用软件和硬件双控,能够实现在空调控制器软件死机和故障时,根据待监控的空调系统部件的信号状态,实现软重启或者硬件重启。同时能够在其他设备发生故障或通讯丢失时进行重启复位,做到软件和硬件双保险的监控。提高了空调控制系统故障自处理能力。
