本发明公开了一种托盘顶帽钢筋整体装配式吊装装置,包括四个弧形板,位于两个前侧的所述弧形板分别与后侧的弧形板之间设有合页,位于两个前侧的所述弧形板通过合页与后侧相邻的弧形板之间活动连接,所述弧形板相对应的一侧均固定连接有弹性板,通过气缸、弹簧、U型板、挂钩等结构之间的相互配合,可实现弧形板之间的角度可进行改变,将挂钩勾住托盘顶帽钢筋,气缸通过挂钩等部件带动托盘顶帽钢筋进行吊装,当托盘顶帽钢筋较重时,上下的U型板将逐渐远离,螺栓可能会出现断裂的情况,这时弹簧和环形杆可对托盘顶帽钢筋进行缓冲,缓冲板可对托盘顶帽钢筋进行缓冲,从而保证了吊装的安全性。
