A paper roll shaft replacing mechanism comprises a hoisting base, a first supporting frame, a second supporting frame and a rolling assembly. The first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are fixedly connected to the two sides of the bottom of the hoisting base correspondingly. A paper roll channel is formed among the first supporting frame, the second supporting frame and the hoisting base, and rolling assemblies are arranged at the bottom of the first supporting frame and the bottom of the second supporting frame. Lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the lifting frame respectively, and lifting pieces are connected to the lifting lugs. The whole structure is simple, and the shaft penetrating problem of all paper rollers on a production line is conveniently and safely solved.
