本发明关于模块化的横联和组拼方法,横联包括标准模块和中部模块,中部模块的两侧均通过第一节点板连接有一个标准模块,标准模块沿长度方向设有n1个节段,n1为奇数,节段为立方框架,每个节段包括相对设置的两个第一桁架片和相对设置的两个第二桁架片,第一桁架片和第二桁架片的长度均为L1,相邻节段通过第一节点板连接,横联端部的两个节段用于通过第一节点板连接立柱,标准模块的长度为n1×L2,L2为L1加上第一节点板的厚度,中部模块的长度加上第一节点板的厚度为L3,L1和L2的范围为2m‑3m,L3的范围为3m‑5m。本发明为模块化,适用于装配式重型塔架,吊塔间距不同的情况,提高横联适配性,能够周转使用,单次吊装重量合理,减轻塔吊负重和安装难度。
