The invention relates to the field of batteries, in particular to a lithium battery charge estimation method and system and an energy automobile, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining battery basic parameters of a lithium ion battery pack; according to the single voltage parameter of each single battery in the battery basic parameters, determining the charging and discharging conditions of the lithium ion battery pack; and according to the charging and discharging conditions and the battery basic parameters, calculating the whole pack charge parameters of the lithium ion battery pack. After the charging and discharging conditions are determined by utilizing the battery basic parameters, the whole pack charge parameters of the lithium ion battery pack are calculated through the battery basic parameters according to the charging and discharging conditions, so that comprehensiveness can be ensured by utilizing the battery basic parameters, different conditions of the lithium ion battery pack can be distinguished, and the SOC estimation accuracy is improved.
