The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted high-side power distribution control circuit, and the circuit at least comprises a power distribution channel which comprises a current sampling resistor and a switch unit; the current detection and grid control module is used for controlling the switch unit connected with the current detection and grid control module to be in a turn-off state when the current on the current sampling resistor is detected to exceed a threshold value; the undervoltage detection module is used for controlling the switch unit to be in a turn-off state through the current detection and control module when the undervoltage of the power distribution output end is detected in the power-on process of the circuit and after normal work; the state control module is used for receiving an ON/OFF excitation signal from the MCU so as to control the switch unit to be in an on or off state; wherein the undervoltage detection module comprises a two-pole inverting amplifier tube, the current detection and grid control module comprises a first-stage inverting amplifier tube, the switch unit forms the first-stage inverting amplifier tube, and the undervoltage detection module, the current detection and grid control module and the first-stage inverting amplifier tube are cascaded to form a positive feedback loop with a four-stage inverting amplifier tube. The invention further provides a corresponding vehicle. According to the invention, the vehicle-mounted high-side power distribution can be safely and flexibly controlled, and the method has the advantages of low cost, safety, reliability, flexible customization of each level of gain, and good robustness.
