Air of a vehicle head enters an air channel through an air channel protective net cover at the front end of a driver, holes in the side face of a vehicle head compartment and a vehicle head ducted fan, the air channel fan actively sucks the air to reduce pressure and resistance, airflow is accelerated to flow backwards, a wind driven generator is blown to generate electricity, and the airflow keeps away from an upper power transmission line area according to the direction controlled by a tail nozzle spouting plate and a tail nozzle opening and closing spouting plate. The air is safely discharged from the tail nozzles above the left and right sides of the train, and the tail nozzles can be closed at the road section of the intersection.
