The invention designs a gravity type wharf precast concrete block underwater installation device and a construction method.The underwater installation device comprises a precast concrete block, a square frame, a vertical rod and a total station reflector plate, the vertical rod is arranged below the square frame, and the total station reflector plate is arranged at the corner of the top face of the square frame; the bottoms of the vertical rods are embedded outside the prefabricated concrete square blocks, upper inclined struts are further arranged on the top of the square frame, and side inclined struts are further connected between the square frame and the vertical rods. When the prefabricated concrete square block is installed and constructed, only the underwater installation device needs to be arranged at the upper end of the prefabricated concrete square block in a sleeving mode, then a crane steel wire rope is tied to a hanging ring of the prefabricated concrete square block, and the prefabricated concrete square block and the installation device are hoisted together when the prefabricated concrete square block is hoisted till installation is completed. Through the design, the problem of danger conflict caused by simultaneous hoisting of the large precast concrete block and underwater operation of a diver can be solved, and the mounting efficiency of the precast concrete block is improved.
本发明设计了一种重力式码头预制混凝土方块水下安装装置及施工方法,其中,水下安装装置包括预制混凝土方块、方框架、立杆和全站仪反射片,立杆设置在方框架的下方,全站仪反射片设置在方框架的顶面转角处,立杆底部嵌套在预制混凝土方块外,方框架的顶部还设置有上斜撑,方框架和立杆之间还连接有侧斜撑。预制混凝土方块在安装施工时,只需要将水下安装装置套于预制混凝土方块上端,然后将起重机钢丝绳系于预制混凝土方块的吊环上,起吊预制混凝土方块时连同安装装置一起吊起,直至完成安装。通过上述设计,本申请能够解决大型预制混凝土方块起重吊装与潜水员水下作业同时进行的危险冲突问题,并提升预制混凝土方块的安装效率。
