The invention discloses a limiting device suitable for a four-rope grab crane, which comprises a mounting block, extension frames arranged on the two sides of the mounting block, and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the mounting block, and further comprises a limiting unit which comprises a take-up and pay-off mechanism rotationally arranged on the inner sides of the extension frames and used for winding a steel wire rope, the rope arranging mechanism is arranged on one side of the winding and unwinding mechanism and used for conducting rope arranging work on the steel wire rope when the steel wire rope is wound and unwound, the push rod is arranged in the rope arranging mechanism and used for pushing the rope arranging mechanism to conduct feeding, and a thread line is arranged on the outer side of the push rod. The driving unit synchronously drives the push rod and the winding and unwinding mechanism to rotate, the winding and unwinding mechanism winds the steel wire rope, meanwhile, the push rod drives the rope arranging mechanism to conduct rope arranging work along the outer side of the winding and unwinding mechanism through thread fit between a thread line and the rope arranging mechanism, and therefore the situation that the steel wire rope runs out of a groove or is overlapped is effectively prevented; and the service life of the steel wire rope is greatly prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种适用于四绳抓斗起重机限位装置,包括安装块,设有所述安装块两侧的延伸架和设于安装块底部的底板,还包括:限位单元,包括转动设于所述延伸架内侧用于对钢丝绳进行卷绕的收放机构,设于所述收放机构一侧用于在收放钢丝绳时对钢丝绳进行排绳工作的排绳机构,以及设于所述排绳机构内用于推动所述排绳机构进给的推杆,所述推杆外侧设有螺纹线。通过驱动单元同步带动推杆与收放机构转动,收放机构将钢丝绳进行收卷,同时推杆通过螺纹线与排绳机构之间的螺纹配合带动排绳机构沿着收放机构外侧进行排绳工作,从而有效的防止钢丝绳出现跑槽或叠加的情形,极大的延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
