The invention discloses a detachable fuel cell range extender and an electric commercial vehicle, the range extender comprises a shell detachably connected to the vehicle, the vehicle is provided with a communication interface and a charging interface, and a hydrogen storage module, a fuel cell engine, a power cell, a control module and a conversion module are integrated in the shell; according to the detachable fuel cell range extender, the hydrogen storage module, the fuel cell engine and the power cell are integrated into an integral mechanism, the integral mechanism generates electricity through hydrogen combustion and then can be used as a standby cell for range extension, the integral mechanism can be integrally replaced when a fault occurs, use of the whole vehicle is not affected, meanwhile, selective use can be achieved, and the service life of the fuel cell range extender is prolonged. The detachable fuel cell range extender does not need to be installed in a short distance, the vehicle weight is reduced, loss is reduced, the detachable fuel cell range extender is installed in a long distance, the cruising ability is improved, meanwhile, the detachable fuel cell range extender can be directly replaced in the midway, the charging time is saved, and the travel time is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种可拆卸式燃料电池增程器和电动商用车,该增程器包括:壳体可拆卸连接在车辆上,车辆上设置有通讯接口和充电接口,壳体内集成有储氢模块、燃料电池发动机、动力电池、控制模块和转换模块,该可拆卸式燃料电池增程器通过将储氢模块、燃料电池发动机、动力电池集成为一个整体机构,该整体机构通过氢气燃烧发电,进而能够作为备用电池增程使用,故障时整体替换该整体机构即可,并不影响整车使用,同时可选择使用,在短途时可不安装可拆卸式燃料电池增程器,减轻车重降低损耗,长途时安装可拆卸式燃料电池增程器提高续航能力,同时可在中途直接更换可拆卸式燃料电池增程器,节省充电时间,缩短旅途耗时。
