An electric contra-rotating ducted fan power module with a vector control surface comprises a ducted shell, a contra-rotating fan, a main shaft, a motor, a steering engine, the vector control surface and a stabilizing surface. The main shaft is located in the middle in the duct shell. The duct shell is connected with the aircraft through a rotating shaft; the stabilizer is located at the duct outlet; the two contra-rotating fans are driven by a motor to rotate in opposite directions; the vector control surface is located outside the stabilizer at the outlet of the duct, and the two ends of the vector control surface are connected with the steering engine and the stabilizer respectively. The counter-rotating fan is used for counteracting the reaction torque generated by a single fan, meanwhile, the first-stage fan and the second-stage fan are used for accelerating airflow twice, then high-speed airflow and a deflection vector control surface are formed at the outlet position of a duct to form control torque, attitude control is conducted, and a traditional control surface of an aircraft can be replaced. The power system has the advantages of compact structure, high thrust-weight ratio, control redundancy and high control efficiency, can be combined and matched with a take-off and landing aircraft for use through modular design, and is high in universality.
