The invention relates to the technical field of robots, and discloses a cantilever structure and an automatic guided vehicle, the cantilever structure comprises a cantilever assembly, a first adjusting mechanism, a second adjusting mechanism and a third adjusting mechanism, the cantilever assembly comprises a cantilever shaft and a mounting support, and the cantilever shaft is used for bearing materials; the first adjusting mechanism comprises a first driving device and a first guide rod, the first guide rod extends in the vertical direction, and the first driving device is used for driving the mounting support to move along the first guide rod so as to adjust the vertical position of the cantilever shaft; the second adjusting mechanism comprises a second driving device and a second guide rod, the second guide rod extends in the transverse direction, and the second driving device is used for driving the mounting support to move along the second guide rod so as to adjust the transverse position of the cantilever shaft; the third adjusting mechanism comprises a third driving device, and the third driving device is used for driving the cantilever shaft to rotate around the mounting support in the vertical plane so that the cantilever shaft can be kept in the horizontal direction. The cantilever structure aims at solving the technical problem that an automatic guided vehicle cannot accurately conduct feeding and discharging.

    本发明涉及机器人技术领域,公开了一种悬臂结构及自动引导车,悬臂结构包括悬臂组件、第一调节机构、第二调节机构和第三调节机构,悬臂组件包括悬臂轴和安装支架,悬臂轴用于承载物料;第一调节机构包括第一驱动装置和第一导向杆,第一导向杆沿竖向延伸,第一驱动装置用于驱动安装支架沿第一导向杆运动,以调节悬臂轴的竖向位置;第二调节机构包括第二驱动装置和第二导向杆,第二导向杆沿横向延伸,第二驱动装置用于驱动安装支架沿第二导向杆运动,以调节悬臂轴的横向位置;第三调节机构包括第三驱动装置,第三驱动装置用于驱动悬臂轴在竖直平面内绕安装支架转动,以使悬臂轴保持在水平方向。本发明的悬臂结构旨在解决自动导引车无法精确地进行上料和下料的技术问题。
