The invention relates to a design method for a large aircraft assembly shape-preserving collaborative system, which comprises the following steps of: pre-designing a multi-station assembly shape-preserving tool model for a large aircraft product needing multi-station shape preserving by utilizing digital design software according to tool use requirements, and optimally designing the multi-station assembly shape-preserving tool model by utilizing finite element analysis software; the method comprises the steps of determining the butt-assembling position of a flexible assembling system, designing a zero-point positioning module, presetting a multi-station assembling shape-preserving tool model, and meanwhile detecting a sensing signal of cylinder displacement and a pneumatic loop pressure signal between the flexible assembling system to ensure normal operation of the whole flexible assembling system during use; and finally, performing feasibility analysis on the assembly tool by using DELMIA simulation software to form the design method for the large aircraft assembly shape-preserving collaborative system. According to the method, the requirements for rapid clamping and accurate positioning of the large aircraft assembly shape-preserving cooperation system are effectively met, the aircraft assembly system is rapidly reconstructed, and manufacturing and using of special tools are reduced.

    一种面向大型飞机装配保形协同系统的设计方法,根据工装使用需求,利用数字化设计软件对大型飞机需要多站位保形的产品进行多站位装配保形工装模型预设计,在利用有限元分析软件,优化设计多站位装配保形工装模型;确定柔性装配系统对装位置,设计零点定位模块,对多站位装配保形工装模型进行预设,同时检验气缸位移的传感信号与柔性装配系统之间的气动回路压力信号,保证使用时整个柔性装配系统正常运行;最后利用DELMIA仿真软件,对装配工装进行可行性分析,形成面向大型飞机装配保形协同系统的设计方法。本发明有效解决大型飞机装配保形协同系统快速装夹、精准定位的需求,实现快速重构飞机装配系统,减少专用工装的制造及使用。
