The invention discloses an integrated tailor-welded double-door ring structure which comprises a double-door ring body formed by stamping after a plurality of blanks are tailor-welded into a whole. The double-door ring body comprises a column A, a column B and a front doorsill which form a front door ring, and a column B, a column C, a rear doorsill and an upper beam part which form a rear door ring. The B column is further provided with an induced deformation part, and the induced deformation part penetrates through the outermost surface of the B column part in the front-back direction of the vehicle and is in an inward concave shape towards the interior of the vehicle. Compared with a traditional vehicle body side wall, the double-door-ring structure integrally formed through punching can further reduce the types and number of door ring parts and the plate thickness of part of the door ring parts. On one hand, the assembling procedures of the vehicle side reinforcing plate can be reduced, the production cycle is shortened, and therefore the production efficiency is improved, and on the other hand, the cost of the vehicle part can be reduced, and the overall production cost of the vehicle is saved.

    本申请公开了一种一体拼焊双门环结构:包括多个胚料拼焊成一体后冲压成型的双门环本体,所述双门环本体包括构成前门环的A柱、B柱和前门槛,构成后门环的B柱、C柱、后门槛和上梁部;其中所述B柱还设有诱导变形部,所述诱导变形沿车辆前后方向贯通B柱部最外表面且向车内方向呈内凹状。本申请一体冲压成型的双门环结构,相对传统车身侧围,可以进一步减少门环零件种类、数量及部分部位的板材厚度。一方面可以实现减少车辆侧部加强板的组拼工序,降低生产周期从而提高生产效率,另一方面可以降低所述车辆部件的成本,从而节省车辆整体的生产费用。
