The invention discloses a simulation motor structure for a deformable aircraft wind tunnel test and an assembly method. The simulation motor structure is installed in the inner cavity of the model, free movement of the airfoil can be achieved in a manual adjustment mode, the ground debugging efficiency of the deformable aircraft can be improved, and the impact load on model parts is greatly reduced. The simulation motor structure is composed of a coupler, a driving rod, a simulation motor flange, a simulation motor front section, a first bearing, a first clamp spring, a second clamp spring, a second bearing, a simulation motor rear section and a rotating disc. The overall size of the simulation motor structure is obviously smaller than that of a conventional servo motor, so that the requirements of deformable aircraft models with different shapes can be met. And meanwhile, the coupling is used for transmitting torque, and standard parts with corresponding sizes can be selected according to requirements, so that the simulation motor structure has wide applicability. And meanwhile, the structure is compact, operation is convenient and easy, and the requirement of deformable aircraft wind tunnel test ground debugging is met.

    本发明公开了一种用于可变形飞行器风洞试验的模拟电机结构及装配方法。模拟电机结构安装在模型内腔,可以通过手动调节的方式实现翼面自由运动,有利于提升可变形飞行器地面调试效率,并大幅度较低了对于模型零部件的冲击载荷。模拟电机结构由联轴器、驱动杆、模拟电机法兰、模拟电机前段、第一轴承、第一卡簧、第二卡簧、第二轴承、模拟电机后段以及旋转盘组成。模拟电机结构整体尺寸显著小于常规使用伺服电机,因此可以满足不同外形可变形飞行器模型的需求。同时利用联轴器传递扭矩,并可以根据需求选择对应尺寸的标准零部件,从而使得模拟电机结构具有广泛的适用性。同时结构紧凑、方便易操作,适用于可变形飞行器风洞试验地面调试的需求。
