The invention discloses an energy-saving crane motor capable of rapidly cooling. The energy-saving crane motor comprises a motor shell, and the two ends of the motor shell are connected with a bracket and a brake shell respectively; a rotating shaft, a motor rotor and a motor stator are arranged in the motor shell; a brake magnetic base, a brake pad and a brake disc are arranged in the brake shell, a plurality of blades are arranged on the surface of the side, close to the brake shell, of the motor rotor, a first annular through hole communicated with an inner cavity of the motor shell is formed in the brake magnetic base, and a second annular through hole is formed in the brake disc. The surfaces of the bracket and the brake shell are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet respectively. The air inlet and the air outlet are formed in the front end and the rear end of the motor correspondingly, the blades are driven to rotate in the rotating process of the motor, air flow penetrates through the interior of the motor to achieve cooling, meanwhile, powder generated by friction between the brake pad and the brake disc is taken away through the air flow, and the braking effect is guaranteed. The invention further discloses an electric hoist and a crane.

    本发明公开了一种可快速降温的节能型起重机用电机,包括电机外壳,电机外壳的两端分别连接有托架和刹车外壳;所述电机外壳内设置有转轴、电机转子和电机定子;刹车外壳内设置有刹车磁力座、刹车片和制动盘,所述电机转子靠近所述刹车外壳的一侧表面设置有多个叶片,刹车磁力座上设置有与所述电机外壳内部腔体连通的第一环形通孔,制动盘上设置有第二环形通孔,托架和刹车外壳的表面分别设置有进风口和排风口。通过在电机的前后两端分别设置进风口和排风口,利用电机转动过程中带动叶片转动,从而实现气流穿过电机内部实现降温,同时利用气流将刹车片和制动盘之间摩擦产生的粉末带走,有利于保证制动效果。本发明还公开了一种电动葫芦和起重机。
