Based on the historical SOC mean value and the historical charging times of the battery, the use habit of the battery pack is analyzed to obtain the SOC equalization strategy point of the battery pack, and the SOC equalization strategy point is used as a basis to perform equalization operation on the battery cell, so that the battery cell of the battery pack is more easily equalized, and the equalization effect of the battery cell is improved.
