The invention discloses a rotor variable-pitch structure and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the rotor variable-pitch structure comprises a base, the base is provided with a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with a spline shaft; the propeller hub is fixed to the end of the spline shaft. The blades are rotatably mounted on the propeller hub through the propeller heads, one side of each propeller head is connected with a variable-pitch pull rod, and the variable-pitch pull rods control the variable pitch of the blades; the spline shaft sleeve is axially and slidably connected to the outer side wall of the spline shaft and synchronously rotates along with the spline shaft, a transition seat is fixed to the end, close to the propeller hub, of the spline shaft sleeve, and the variable-pitch pull rod is hinged to the transition seat; the rotating sleeve is rotationally connected to the outer side of the spline shaft sleeve and can drive the spline shaft sleeve to axially move; one end of the adjusting assembly is connected to the base, the other end of the adjusting assembly is hinged to the rotating sleeve, the adjusting assembly promotes the rotating sleeve, the spline shaft sleeve and the transition base to move, the pitch of the blades is changed through the pitch changing pull rod, and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided with the rotor wing pitch changing structure is flexible in operation, reliable in pitch changing and capable of being suitable for various flight environments.

    本发明公开了一种旋翼变桨距结构及无人机,旋翼变桨距结构包括:基座,基座上有电机,电机的输出轴与花键轴传动连接;桨毂固定在花键轴的端部;桨叶通过桨头可转动地安装在桨毂上,桨头的一侧连接有变距拉杆,变距拉杆控制桨叶变距;花键轴套轴向滑动连接在花键轴的外侧壁上并随花键轴同步转动,花键轴套靠近桨毂的一端固定有过渡座,变距拉杆铰接在过渡座上;旋转套转动连接在花键轴套的外侧并能带动花键轴套轴向移动;调整组件的一端连接在基座上,另一端铰接在旋转套上,调整组件促使旋转套、花键轴套、过渡座移动并通过变距拉杆改变桨叶的桨距,安装旋翼变桨距结构的无人机操纵灵活,变距可靠,能适用各种飞行环境。
