The separation device comprises an assembly disc assembled on a new energy automobile chassis, the assembly disc is provided with a plurality of separation grooves with through tops, electric cabin doors are arranged at the bottoms of the separation grooves, battery modules are assembled in the separation grooves, and a power distribution frame is arranged at the top of the assembly disc. The multiple battery modules are all connected to the power distribution frame in series, the power output end of the power distribution frame is connected with the power supply end of the new energy automobile, when the electric cabin door of the separation groove is opened, the internal battery modules fall off from the power distribution frame and fall off from the assembling disc, and the new energy automobile is separated from the power distribution frame under driving of the remaining normal battery modules. And the new energy automobile can be far away from the thermal runaway battery module.

    本发明公开一种新能源汽车电池包热失控模组分离装置及分离方法,可将热失控电池模组与电池包整体分离,避免热失控波及其他正常工作的电池模组,可提升新能源汽车的使用安全。分离装置包括装配在新能源汽车底盘上的装配盘,装配盘具有多个顶部贯通的分离槽,分离槽的底部具有电动舱门,内部装配有电池模组,装配盘的顶部设有配电架,当多个所述电池模组一一置于多个所述装配槽后,多个所述电池模组均串连在配电架上,配电架的电源输出端连接新能源汽车的电源供给端,当所述分离槽的电动舱门打开时,内部的电池模组与配电架脱落,并从装配盘内掉落,在剩余正常的电池模组驱动下,新能源汽车可远离热失控的电池模组。
