The power supply circuit comprises a battery pack, a switching circuit, a power conversion circuit and a control circuit, the battery pack comprises a plurality of battery packs used for being connected with a charging pile, the switching circuit and the power conversion circuit are both connected with the plurality of battery packs in the battery pack, and the control circuit is connected with the switching circuit and the power conversion circuit; and the control circuit is used for controlling the switching circuit to change the series-parallel relationship among the plurality of battery packs of the battery pack according to the voltage grade of the charging pile so as to control the power conversion circuit to perform equalizing charging on the plurality of battery packs of the battery pack. The problem of voltage/electric quantity imbalance between different battery packs in the battery pack can be solved under the condition of self-adaption to charging of charging piles with different voltage grades, the performance of the battery pack is improved, the service life of the battery pack is prolonged, and the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery pack is improved.
