The method comprises the following steps: acquiring temperature information and electric quantity information of the battery pack in real time; acquiring charging current information according to the temperature information and the electric quantity information; determining a charging management mode of the battery pack according to the charging current information and a current threshold value; and performing charging management on the battery pack by using the charging current according to the determined charging management mode until the charging of the battery pack is completed. The embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improving the safety of the lithium battery and prolonging the service life of the battery. The method is beneficial to the charging performance and the cruising ability of the new energy pure electric vehicle in a low-temperature environment.
