The invention relates to the field of aircraft wing ice prevention and removal, in particular to a photo-thermal energy storage anti-icing patch for wing ice prevention and removal. The anti-icing patch is composed of a photo-thermal absorption layer, a phase change energy storage layer, an adhesion substrate, first adhesive glue and second adhesive glue, the photo-thermal absorption layer, the phase change energy storage layer and the adhesion substrate are adhered through the adhesive glue, and the phase change energy storage layer is completely wrapped by the photo-thermal absorption layer and the adhesion substrate. The anti-icing patch is adhered to the rear portion of an aircraft wing according to the anti-icing requirement of backflow ice, solar energy is continuously absorbed in the flight process of an aircraft, photo-thermal conversion is conducted, the solar energy is stored in the phase change energy storage layer, and when ice is accumulated on the surface of the anti-icing patch, the surface of the anti-icing patch is heated through heat in the phase change energy storage layer, and then ice prevention and removal are achieved. The anti-icing patch has an energy storage function, can achieve time-phased anti-icing, saves aircraft energy through the photothermal effect, and achieves zero-energy-consumption anti-icing of the rear portion of the wing.

    本发明涉及飞机机翼防除冰领域,具体涉及一种机翼防除冰用光热储能防冰贴。该防冰贴由光热吸收层、相变储能层、粘附基底、第一粘合胶、第二粘合胶组成,光热吸收层、相变储能层、粘附基底通过粘合胶相粘合,且相变储能层被光热吸收层、粘附基底完全包裹。该防冰贴根据回流冰防冰需求粘附于飞机机翼后部,在飞机飞行过程中持续吸收太阳能并进行光热转换储存至相变储能层,当防冰贴表面产生积冰时通过利用相变储能层中的热量加热防冰贴表面进而实现防除冰。该防冰贴具有储能功能,能够实现分时段防冰,并且通过光热效应节约飞机能源,实现机翼后部的零能耗防冰。
