    本发明提供一种驻车制动缸及列车,所述驻车制动缸包括:缸体,缸体限定出活动腔,活动腔的轴向一端设有开口,缸体上还形成有用于连通列车管的法兰接口;制动杆,制动杆设于活动腔且适于沿活动腔的轴向运动以从开口处伸出或缩回;复位件,复位件设于制动杆的背向开口的一端且分别与缸体以及制动杆相连;进退自锁机构,进退自锁机构可活动地设于活动腔内且与制动杆传动连接。根据本发明的驻车制动缸,可有效解决缸体内部锈蚀卡滞以及缓解不良等故障。并且,自动化程度较高,整体操控简单,列车操控人员可以更加省时省力地控制列车的启停,提高驻车制动的可靠性。
