The invention provides a control method and system under a train-ground communication fault. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a group train is in a train-ground wireless communication control range or not; if the group train is located in the train-ground wireless communication control range, determining a group state under a communication fault according to a group train operation mode; and if the group train is located outside the train-ground wireless communication control range, determining the group state under the communication fault according to the block system and the group plan of the section. A train-ground wireless communication control mode is adopted in a station, a ground train control device sends line data and movement authorization to a train in real time, when an existing station is transformed, better compatibility is achieved for an existing station without a track code, and transformation of an existing line is reduced; the operation difficulty and complexity of a driver and ground station personnel are relatively reduced, meanwhile, on the premise that operation safety is guaranteed, the influence of equipment faults on transportation is reduced to the maximum extent, and the transportation efficiency is guaranteed as much as possible.

    本发明提出一种车地通信故障下的控制方法、系统,所述方法包括:判断群组列车是否在车地无线通信控制范围内;若所述群组列车位于车地无线通信控制范围内,则根据群组列车运行模式确定通信故障下的群组状态;若所述群组列车位于车地无线通信控制范围外,则根据所在区间的闭塞制式和群组计划确定通信故障下的群组状态。车站内采用车地无线通信的控制方式,地面列控设备实时向列车发送线路数据和移动授权,在既有车站改造时,对现存股道无轨道码车站具有更好的兼容性,也减小对既有线路的改造;司机和地面车站人员操作难度和复杂度相对减少,同时在保证运行安全的前提下,最大程度减小设备故障对运输的影响,尽可能保证运输效率。
