The number of hoisting sections of a to-be-installed chimney is determined according to the preset height of the to-be-installed chimney; sequentially transporting the first section of chimney and the second section of chimney into an assembling site, and respectively assembling; a monitoring assembly is installed on the crane, and the monitoring assembly comprises a network camera, an infrared distance meter, a theodolite, a gradienter and a total station; the base is hoisted, and meanwhile the third section of chimney is conveyed into the assembling site to be assembled; the nth section of chimney is hoisted, and meanwhile, the (n + 2) th section of chimney is conveyed into the assembling site to be assembled; removing the chimney in time after the overall hoisting of the chimney to be mounted is completed; by arranging the monitoring assembly, the monitoring assembly is combined with the crane, and the accuracy is improved through data and on-site overall deployment and control; compared with a traditional chimney installation method, the construction period is shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, safety risks caused by high-altitude splicing are reduced, and safety is improved.
本发明涉及一种不利条件下的大直径烟囱安装方法,根据待安装烟囱的预设高度确定待安装烟囱吊装段数;依次将第一段与第二段烟囱运进拼装场地,并分别进行拼装;在起重机上安装监测组件,其中,监测组件包括网络摄像头、红外线测距仪、经纬仪以及水平仪与全站仪;吊装底座,同时将第三段烟囱运进拼装场地进行拼装;吊装第n段烟囱,同时将第n+2段烟囱运进拼装场地进行拼装;待安装烟囱整体吊装完成后及时撤场;通过设置监测组件,监测组件与起重机组合,通过数据以及现场整体布控,提高了准确性;与传统的烟囱安装方法相比,缩短了施工工期,提高了施工效率,同时减少高空拼装带来的安全风险,提高了安全性。
