An embodiment of the invention discloses a cold side simulation system for a multichannel radiator of an iron bird test bench, a cooling medium oil tank is sequentially connected with a cooling pump and an overflow valve, an outlet end of the overflow valve is divided into two cooling medium pipelines, one cooling medium pipeline is connected to a cold side pipeline inlet of a first radiator through a first throttle valve, and the other cooling medium pipeline is connected to a cold side pipeline outlet of a second radiator through a second throttle valve. The other path is connected to a cold side pipeline inlet of the second radiator through a second throttle valve; the return pipelines of the cold side pipeline outlets of the first radiator and the second radiator are connected to the cooling medium oil tank through the first cooling mechanism, and the second cooling mechanism and the cooling medium oil tank are installed in a matched mode to form a cooling loop. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem that when an airplane hydraulic system is simulated in an existing test room, a radiator is not arranged, or a configured external heat dissipation system is not crosslinked with the radiator of the airplane hydraulic system is solved; therefore, the problem that the real working condition of the radiator in the hydraulic system on the airplane is difficult to simulate in the prior art is solved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种用于铁鸟试验台多通道散热器的冷边模拟系统,其冷却介质油箱依次连接冷却泵和溢流阀,溢流阀出口端分流为两路冷却介质管路,一路通过第一节流阀连接到第一散热器的冷边管路入口,另一路通过第二节流阀连接到第二散热器的冷边管路入口;第一散热器和第二散热器的冷边管路出口的回流管路分别经第一冷却机构连接到冷却介质油箱,第二冷却机构与冷却介质油箱配合安装,形成冷却回路。本发明实施例提供的技术方案解决了现有试验室中在模拟飞机液压系统时,由于未设置散热器,或配置的外接散热系统不与机上液压系统散热器相交联,从而导致现有试验难以真实模拟液压系统中散热器在飞机上的真实工作情况的问题。
