The invention relates to a lightning protection composite board and a preparation method and application thereof. The lightning protection composite board comprises a substrate, the substrate is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, and at least one conductive piece is embedded in the second end of the substrate; the substrate is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, the first surface and the second surface respectively extend from the first end to the second end, and the conductive part penetrates from the first surface to the second surface; at least partial area of the first surface and at least partial area of the second surface are covered with conductive rubber layers, the conductive rubber layer covering the first surface at least extends from the first end to the second end, and the conductive rubber layer covering the second surface at least extends from the first end to the second end. According to the invention, the problem of open circuit of a conductive path caused by abrasion reasons such as deflection, friction and the like during operation of the composite board in an aircraft is solved.

    本发明涉及一种防雷击复合板材及其制备方法、用途。防雷击复合板材,其包括基板,基板具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,基板的第二端内预埋有至少一个导电件;基板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,第一表面和第二表面都分别从第一端延伸至第二端,导电件从第一表面贯穿至第二表面;第一表面的至少部分区域和第二表面的至少部分区域都覆盖有导电橡胶层,并且第一表面覆盖的导电橡胶层至少从第一端延伸至第二端,第二表面覆盖的导电橡胶层至少从第一端延伸至第二端。本发明解决了飞行器中的复合板材因运行中的偏转、摩擦等磨蚀原因导致导电通路开路的问题。
