Establishing road intersection, road and signal lamp models; establishing a signal lamp control Agent model, and obtaining three traffic signal lamp control elements: a state space, an action space and a reward function; converting the vehicle state and the signal lamp phase state into an embedded vector, obtaining an interaction feature vector, and obtaining a combined representation value of the intersection according to the embedded vector and the interaction feature vector; and constructing a traffic control model of a deep Q learning network DQN structure, inputting the combined representation value of the intersection into the traffic control model, and controlling a signal lamp phase to change by an Agent model according to an output q value. According to the invention, reward function design is carried out through energy consumption of vehicles at the intersection, adjustment of the signal lamp is completed, the passing efficiency of the vehicles can be effectively improved, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,具体涉及一种基于纯电动汽车能耗视角下的智能交通信号控制方法。建立道路交叉口、道路、信号灯模型;建立信号灯控制Agent模型,获取交通信号灯控制三要素:状态空间、动作空间以及奖励函数;将车辆状态与信号灯相位状态转化为嵌入向量,获取交互特征向量,根据嵌入向量和交互特征向量获取交叉路口的组合表示值;构建深度Q学习网络DQN结构的交通控制模型,将交叉路口的组合表示值输入交通控制模型,Agent模型根据输出的q值控制信号灯相位进行改变。本发明通过交叉路口车辆的能量消耗进行奖励函数设计,完成对信号灯的调节,能够有效提高车辆的通行效率,减少能源消耗。
