The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to a smart city traffic management method and system based on multi-source data fusion, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out the network modeling through a graph theory and a network analysis algorithm based on the geographic information of a city road network, and recognizing key nodes and paths in the network through the network topology structure analysis, and determining a key intersection in the traffic network by using node degree centrality analysis, identifying a key channel in the traffic flow, and generating a traffic network key structure chart. According to the method, through the graph theory and the network analysis algorithm, the traffic network structure is captured, key nodes are identified, flow management and a graph neural network are optimized, graph convolution and a graph attention network are combined, the accuracy of traffic flow and speed prediction is improved, analysis on traffic flow changes is enhanced through the chaos theory, and particularly, the method has the advantage that the traffic flow and speed prediction accuracy is improved in the aspect of sudden congestion prediction. Through game theory model and time sequence analysis, implementation of long-term trend prediction and intelligent traffic management is enhanced, and the overall efficiency of the traffic network is improved.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,具体为基于多源数据融合的智慧城市交通管理方法及系统,包括以下步骤:基于城市路网的地理信息,采用图论和网络分析算法进行网络建模,通过网络拓扑结构分析,识别网络中的关键节点和路径,使用节点度中心性分析确定交通网络中的关键交汇点,识别交通流中的关键通道,生成交通网络关键结构图。本发明中,通过图论和网络分析算法,捕捉交通网络结构,识别关键节点,优化流量管理,图神经网络,结合图卷积和图注意力网络,提高交通流量和速度预测的准确性,混沌理论增强对交通流变化的解析,特别是在突发堵塞预测方面,博弈论模型和时间序列分析,强化长期趋势预测,智慧交通管理的实施,提升了交通网络的整体效率。
