The invention relates to an anti-roll system and an anti-roll method for high-speed turning of a vehicle. The anti-roll system comprises a pressure sensor, a micro air pump and a mechanical pressure release valve; the pressure sensor is fixed on the air spring and is connected with a vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit); the micro air pump is connected with the air spring and is connected with a vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit); and the mechanical pressure release valve is arranged on the air spring. The anti-roll method comprises the steps that the pressure sensor receives a pressure signal and transmits the signal to the ECU; the ECU receives the pressure signal, judges the pressure signal and controls the vehicle-mounted power supply to supply power to the micro air pump; the micro air pump works to inflate or deflate to adjust the pressure of the air spring; whether the air pressure exceeds the critical value of the mechanical pressure release valve or not is judged, if yes, the pressure release valve is deflated, and if not, adjustment work is completed. The lateral inclination of the vehicle during turning can be reduced to a great extent, the comfort can be guaranteed by controlling the vehicle body through the air spring, meanwhile, the deviation degree of the gravity center of the vehicle is reduced to the maximum extent, and the centrifugal force borne by tires is reduced.
本发明是一种车辆高速转弯防侧倾系统及防侧倾方法。防侧倾系统包括压力传感器、微型气泵和机械泄压阀;压力传感器固定在空气弹簧上,并且与车辆ECU连接;微型气泵与空气弹簧连接,并且与车辆ECU连接;机械泄压阀设置在空气弹簧上。防侧倾方法包括:压力传感器接收压力信号并向ECU传输信号;ECU接收压力信号,判断压力信号,控制车载电源向微型气泵供电;微型气泵工作,进行充气或放气调节空气弹簧压力;判断空气压力是否超过机械泄压阀的临界值,若超过泄压阀放气,若未超过调节工作完成。本发明能够极大程度的减少车辆在转弯时发生的侧倾,利用空气弹簧控制车身可以保证舒适性,同时也最大程度的减少车辆重心的偏移程度,减轻轮胎受到的离心力。
