The invention discloses an AI-based driving collision early warning automatic gear locking method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring back road video data of a vehicle; s2, analyzing the back-path video data by using a back collision early warning AI algorithm so as to calculate and obtain the distance and the speed of a back target; s3, judging whether a rear-end collision risk exists between the vehicle and a rear target or not; if the rear-end collision risk exists, entering the step S4; otherwise, returning to the step S1; and S4, sending collision alarm information to a driver, locking the back-path video data, and independently storing the locked back-path video data. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a driving collision early warning automatic gear locking system based on the AI, and the driving collision early warning automatic gear locking system can be used for implementing the driving collision early warning automatic gear locking method, so that the driving collision early warning file is automatically stored and the gear is independently locked while collision early warning is realized, and the driving collision early warning efficiency is improved. The method has good popularization prospect and application value.

    本发明公开了一种基于AI的行车碰撞预警自动锁档方法,其包括步骤:S1:采集车辆的后路视频数据;S2:运用后方碰撞预警AI算法对所述后路视频数据进行分析,以计算获得后方目标的距离和速度;S3:判断车辆与后方目标是否存在追尾风险;若存在追尾风险,则进入步骤S4;反之则回到步骤S1;S4:发出碰撞警报信息给驾驶员,对所述后路视频数据加锁,并将加锁后的所述后路视频数据独立保存。相应地,本发明还公开了一种基于AI的行车碰撞预警自动锁档系统,该行车碰撞预警自动锁档系统能够用于实施本发明上述的行车碰撞预警自动锁档方法,以在实现碰撞预警的同时,对行车碰撞预警文件进行自动存储且独立锁档,其具有良好的推广前景和应用价值。
