The invention relates to an electric hoist detection method, an auxiliary device and an electric hoist applying the auxiliary device. The electric hoist detection method comprises the following steps: configuring a normal operation mode and a bypass operation mode for an electric hoist; when the electric hoist is in a normal operation mode, the limiting function of the first-stage height limiter is detected, and when the electric hoist is in a bypass operation mode, after an electrical switch bypass of the first-stage height limiter is in short circuit, the limiting function of the second-stage height limiter is detected. The electric hoist detection auxiliary device comprises a bypass circuit which can be connected or disconnected and enables the bypass of the electrical switch of the first-level height limiter to be in short circuit during connection, and a change-over switch used for controlling the bypass circuit to be connected or disconnected. The electric hoist comprises a first-stage height limiter, a second-stage height limiter and the electric hoist detection auxiliary device. The method is easy to implement, simple to operate, relatively low in cost and relatively high in safety.

    本发明涉及一种电动葫芦检测方法、辅助装置和应用其的电动葫芦。电动葫芦检测方法为:为电动葫芦配置正常运行模式和旁路运行模式;当电动葫芦处于正常运行模式时,对一级高度限位器进行限位功能检测,当电动葫芦处于旁路运行模式时,将一级高度限位器的电气开关旁路短接后,对二级高度限位器进行限位功能检测。电动葫芦检测辅助装置包括能够接通或断开且在接通时将一级高度限位器的电气开关旁路短接的旁路电路、用于控制旁路电路接通或断开的切换开关。电动葫芦则包括一级高度限位器、二级高度限位器和前述的电动葫芦检测辅助装置。本发明容易实现、操作简单、成本较低、安全性较高。
