The invention discloses an amplitude control device and method for an overhead working truck. The device comprises a first magnetostrictive sensor and a second magnetostrictive sensor, wherein the first magnetostrictive sensor is arranged in a variable-amplitude oil cylinder and used for measuring the length of the oil cylinder of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder; the second magnetostrictive sensor is arranged in a telescopic oil cylinder and used for measuring the length of the oil cylinder of the telescopic oil cylinder; the bottom of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder is hinged to the rotary table, and the extending end of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder is hinged to the lower portion of the working arm. The bottom of a cylinder barrel of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged to the working arm tail, and the extending end of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged to the working arm head. The rotary table is in shaft hinge joint with the working arm, and the first magnetostrictive sensor and the second magnetostrictive sensor are electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted controller; the magnetostrictive sensor is arranged in the oil cylinder, so that the risks of external damage, measurement data damage and manual disassembly are avoided; the influence of external vibration on data is very small; the detection precision of the magnetostrictive sensor belongs to the micron level and is improved by one order of magnitude compared with the millimeter level of a length sensor; the angle and length detection of the overhead working truck is more direct and accurate, and the control precision is higher and more intelligent.

    本发明公开了一种高空作业车幅度控制装置及方法,装置包括内置于变幅油缸用于测量其油缸长度的第一磁致传感器和内置于伸缩油缸用于测量其油缸长度的第二磁致传感器;变幅油缸的底部铰接在转台上,变幅油缸的伸出端铰接在工作臂下部;伸缩油缸的缸筒底部铰接于工作臂臂尾,伸缩油缸的伸出端铰接于工作臂臂头;转台与工作臂为轴铰接,第一磁致传感器、第二磁致传感器电性连接车载控制器;磁致传感器内置于油缸内,不存在外部损坏、破坏测量数据和人为拆除的风险;外部震动对数据的影响更是极其微小;磁致传感器检测精度属于微米级,相比较长度传感器的毫米级提高了一个数量级;使得高空作业车角度与长度检测更直接准确,控制精度更高更智能。
