The invention relates to the technical field of automotive interiors, and particularly discloses a modified amine-resistant PVC automotive interior skin and a preparation method thereof. The modified amine-resistant PVC automotive interior skin sequentially comprises a surface layer, a modified PVC layer and a base cloth layer from top to bottom, the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of a poly-carbon type water-based treatment agent, 2-12 parts of a cross-linking agent and 2-8 parts of a wear-resistant auxiliary agent; the modified PVC layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of an anti-amine novel material, 30-65 parts of PVC resin powder, 1-5 parts of a stabilizer, 30-50 parts of a high-temperature plasticizer and 0.1-5 parts of a flame retardant; and the base cloth layer is made of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) base cloth for the double-sided weaving vehicle. The modified amine-resistant PVC automotive interior skin prepared by the invention is amine-resistant and high-temperature-resistant, and is suitable for light-color interior materials.
