The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle thrust line adjusting method. The method comprises the steps that the actual gravity center of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the X-axis direction is adjusted to a set value X0; a thrust cone is installed, a measuring cylinder is connected with the thrust cone, a lifting rope is hung in the center of the inner top wall of the measuring cylinder, the lower end of the lifting rope extends out of the measuring cylinder and then is connected to a heavy hammer, and the axis of the measuring cylinder is a theoretical thrust line; the lifting tool is installed on the back of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the hanging point of the unmanned aerial vehicle is located on the theoretical thrust line; the unmanned aerial vehicle is hoisted, and the actual thrust line in the Z-axis direction is judged, wherein the intersection point of the theoretical thrust line and the plane X = X0 is the Z-axis theoretical gravity center; the intersection point of the ground normal passing through the hanging point and the plane X = X0 is the actual gravity center of the Z axis; and calculating an adjusting included angle between the theoretical thrust line and the actual thrust line, and adjusting the mounting angle of the thrust cone in the Z-axis direction by adjusting the included angle. The problems that in the prior art, after an unmanned aerial vehicle is overturned through an overturning tool, the angle is measured and adjusted, time and labor are wasted, and errors are large are solved.

    本申请公开了一种无人机推力线调整方法,包括步骤:将无人机X轴方向的实际重心调整至设定值X0;将推力锥安装,测量筒连接推力锥,在测量筒内顶壁的中心悬挂吊绳,吊绳的下端伸出测量筒后连接于重锤,测量筒的轴线为理论推力线;将起吊工装安装于无人机的机背,无人机的吊挂点位于理论推力线上;将无人机吊起,对Z轴方向的实际推力线进行判断:理论推力线和平面X=X0的交点为Z轴理论重心;经过吊挂点的地面法线和平面X=X0的交点为Z轴实际重心;计算理论推力线和实际推力线的调整夹角,通过调整夹角调整推力锥在Z轴方向的安装角度。本申请解决了现有技术中的无人机通过翻转工装翻转后测量调整角度,存在费时费力和误差较大的问题。
