Systems/techniques are provided for point-to-point vehicle provision that facilitates artificial intelligence traffic analysis. In various embodiments, the system may be mounted on a first vehicle. In various aspects, a system may capture, via one or more cameras, one or more microphones, or one or more other sensors of a first vehicle, roadside data associated with a roadway traveled by the first vehicle. In various cases, the system may execute a deep learning neural network on the road-side data, which may generate as output classification tags, bounding boxes, or pixel segmentation masks that locate unsafe driving conditions along the road. In various cases, the system may send an electronic alert based on the unsafe driving condition over a point-to-point communication link to a second vehicle traveling on the road.
