The invention discloses an intelligent signal lamp control method based on information fusion and reinforcement learning. The method comprises the following steps: 1, initializing a signal lamp state, traffic flow parameters and vehicle parameters; 2, converting into a binary image according to the vehicle position and information in the area range; 3, acquiring image features by using a neural network and fusing the image features with sensor information; and 4, training a reinforcement learning network to maximize a traffic state value. Through information fusion of image features and sensors, road vehicle information can be obtained more accurately, control strategy selection of intersection signal lamps is optimized in a reinforcement learning mode, the problems of large traffic flow and long passing time at intersections are solved, and the intelligent traffic is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于信息融合和强化学习的智能信号灯控制方法,包括以下步骤:1、初始化信号灯状态和车流参数和车辆参数。2、根据区域范围内车辆位置和信息转换成二值图。3、使用神经网络获取图像特征并且与传感器信息融合4、训练强化学习网络以最大化通行状态值。本发明通过图像特征和传感器的信息融合,可以更精准的获取道路车辆信息,通过强化学习的方式来最优化路口信号灯的控制策略选择,缓解路口车流量大、通行时间长的问题,为实现智慧交通添砖加瓦。
