The invention relates to the technical field of new energy power systems, and discloses a series-parallel multifunctional hybrid forklift power system which comprises an engine, an electromagnetic clutch, a motor, a motor controller, a power battery, a high-voltage distribution box, a driving motor, a driving motor controller and a functional device. The output end of the engine is connected with the input end of the electromagnetic clutch, the output end of the electromagnetic clutch is connected with the input end of the motor, the motor is connected with the motor controller and the high-voltage distribution box through the high-voltage connector, and the high-voltage distribution box is connected with the driving motor power battery through the high-voltage connector. The driving motor is connected with the driving motor controller through a high-voltage connector, and the power battery is connected with the functional device through a high-voltage connector; electric energy transmission is adopted to replace mechanical direct connection output of a traditional power system, peak load shifting is achieved through the battery, engine load rate conversion is reduced, the overall transmission efficiency is improved, and pollution emission is reduced.

    本发明涉及新能源动力系统技术领域,公开了串并联多功能混动叉车的动力系统,包括:发动机、电磁离合器、电机、电机控制器、动力电池、高压配电箱、驱动电机、驱动电机控制器和功能装置;发动机的输出端与电磁离合器的输入端连接,电磁离合器的输出端与电机的输入端连接,电机与电机控制器和高压配电箱通过高压连接器连接,高压配电箱与驱动电机动力电池通过高压连接器连接,驱动电机与驱动电机控制器通过高压连接器连接,动力电池与功能装置通过高压连接器连接;本发明采用电能传递替代传统动力系统的机械直联输出,利用电池削峰填谷,减少发动机负荷率变换,提升整体的传动效率并减少污染排放。
