The invention discloses a forklift scale weighing system and method, which utilize the characteristic that the weighing value is maximum when goods are horizontal, and only need to slowly control an inclined push rod under the condition that a forklift is static to change a fork arm from slightly inclined downward to slightly inclined upward (the process is called as a swing period), so that the weighing value of the goods is maximum. And the control unit automatically identifies the maximum weighing value in the process and takes the maximum weighing value as a display result. The method is simple to operate, easy to implement and high in accuracy.
本发明公开了一种叉车秤称重系统及方法,利用了货物在水平时,称重值最大的特性,只需要在叉车静止的情况下,缓慢控制倾斜推杆,把叉臂从略微倾斜向下,改为略微倾斜向上(这个过程称为一个摇摆周期),控制单元将自动识别出在这个过程中的最大称重值,作为显示结果。操作简单,易于实现,且准确度高。
